There are 1,061,196 people to have watched the"Bus Uncle" on youtube.
And I would like to rate this video for is it interesting rather than the quality in technical terms.
However, the rating of youtube video shouldn't use the same rules to rate it. Because the different types of video have different levels.
Also, I think the rating of the video will raise omteresting socio-cultural issues. It is because when people saw this video and feel that was interesting, they will share to facebook, blogger ect.
Then, it will become more and more people to watch that.
I think it is deserved the attention that it received from the internet community. It is because it is a kind of entertainment for people who suffered the stress.
